Casa Del Mar is a luxury villa located on a pristine beach in Puerto Escondido.

The villa is only rented to one group at a time so you will have the villa completely to yourselves to enjoy as if it were your own home. 

The villa has:

• 2 Master Suites with king size beds, large en suite bathrooms with romantic outdoor tubs
• 3 Private Guest Suites each with 2 queen sized beds, and large private bathrooms
• 1 Entertainment Suite with two large sofa couches (which can be used as beds) and attached full bathroom
• Upon request there is a Spa Suite available. Please ask.

Comfortably sleeps 16, and accommodates up to 20 people.

THE VILLA
Casa del Mar is situated directly on a spectacular white sand beach without any commercial development nearby and is surrounded by mangroves, lagoons, tropical birds and nesting turtles, dolphins and whales, during the appropriate seasons.

With five individual guest suites and 2 master suites in the main Villa, Casa Del Mar is distinguished by the beauty of its gardens, palapas, self-sustaining architecture and technology, which together create an atmosphere of tranquility and comfort.

The main Villa is designed with a large, open-plan central area covered by large palapa that provides ample space for entertaining at a beautiful dining table that seats 14 facing the ocean to enjoy the incredible view. Each individual guest suite offers the ultimate in privacy with ensuite bathrooms and private outdoor sitting areas.

THE AREA
Casa Del-Mar is a luxury beachfront villa located in Puerto Escondido, about 80km north of Huatulco and an easy 25 minute drive from the airport in Puerto Escondido. Most guests arrive and never leave until they have to go home, but if you’d like to explore, the Villa is close to  Zicatela Beach, famous for world-class surfing, and there is a nearby lagoon is perfect for water sports, or the seaside town of Puerto Escondido is only 10 km away and there you can wander around the daily Mercado for fresh fruits and vegetables, seafood and local specialties, or watch the sunset at the little bars and restaurants located on the beach there.
The Villa is located in Los Naranjos, Puerto Escondido's most prestigious gated private community of high end homes.
 
Security
Although you might have heard of violence in Mexico, Puerto Escondido is a very safe and quiet area. At all time during your stay, two of the staff members are sleeping on site, in the staff house located on the property.
